Sure, I'll give him that. The shop could have done better here. Still not as big of a deal as you wussbags are making it out to be.

Positive reviews or not, that is irelleavent. There are many shops who are good that turned to dismal.
No customer should be treated like the OP has.

Did you even read the fucking post by the shop's reps?
THE OP BROUGHT THEM THE PRODUCT. THEN THEY FESSED UP AND SAID THEY WEREN'T COMFORTABLE WITH INSTALLING IT. THEN THEY DIDN'T CHARGE HIM ANYTHING.
I don't know about you guys, but that to me is HONESTY. I'd rather a shop that didn't know 100% what they were doing not fuck up my car.
