Creating Separate Open-VPN Network with DD-WRT Router

Is it possible to create a separate Open-VPN network with one DD-WRT router? So that those devices that wish to connect to the internet using a VPN can connect to that network via. WiFi/LAN? and one of the LAN (LAN4, preferably) is connected to the VPN constantly? Essentially, I want most, and not all, of my traffic to go through the VPN. Thanks!

DEVICE: Linksys E4200 (flashed with DD-WRT)

Current Network Setup:

Br0 - 192.168.1.xxx - Private Network
Br1 - 192.168.2.xxx - Guest Network

New Network Addition:

Br2 - 192.168.3.xxx - OpenVPN Network

Is it possible to setup a new virtual network like this using OpenVPN?
