Closest I could find is 5702-140 Eibach pro-kit lowering springs 02 and up mini Coopers including the S model.

If you zoom into the second picture, the wider springs look to be 5702.001 so I can only assume the skinnier middle springs are the same ones as yours. 5702.002
If you look on the Eibach website, they no longer list the pro-kit springs for the 02-06 Mini's but google shows 5702-140 as being the new part number.
