they're not high class enough to throw a party/show in the name of charity like elsewhere (where the majority or all of entrance fees goes to pay for organizing the event anyway )

the fee isn't high anyway imo and it keeps the event from being packed to death with people to the point it becomes uncomfortable to attend, i wouldn't mind if they tacked on another $50-$100 (general/vip) and gave a portion to charity and thereby also keeping attendance a little lower


its like the Pebble Beach show tickets are much much higher, granted there are way more cars and charities and scholarship programmes play a big part

Or the most awesome event in Lake Como Italy they have "public attendance days" where entry is free for people but the other days cost ($15 realistic price and you know the show is for the love of cars) they should consider something like that here actually; the real fees are tacked onto those who wish to enter the show with their cars and join in some special events for participants
