I can't speak to your exact situation as it appears you are incapable of providing even a modicum of specific information.
So if you are looking for help with this problem, it is literally impossible for us to help.
If you just want to vent and speak ill of MNR where they can't defend themselves, then go for it, but I suggest others take this guys opinion with a grain of salt.
My suggestion to you is if you have taken your car there 6 or 7 times (you are unclear), and you are still unsatisfied, TAKE YOUR CAR ELSEWHERE.
