Maybe I'll just stick so saison then.
So far none of the 3 michelin star restaurants in Japan accepts reservation from amex concierge... And I'm not staying in any fancy hotels that have a good concierge team.... So looks like I may not be successful in hitting many 3 star restaurants in Japan.
