I had good luck with these guys last year -
Transport Car-Fré | Transportation of vehicles. They were substantial cheaper than Allied, Kee West, etc for an open carrier. Rail may be cheaper but it takes longer. For rail try L. Hansens Forwarding or Livingston.
My best guess is between $500 - $800 dollar to Calgary.
