mine is wrong by 1 year...they have a random date a month after I got my N
I've asked my broker about it but they just asked me to call ICBC...now that i'm at 43% max discount I don't really care any more
I doubt it's an easy process to ask money back from the government or even as simple as them changing it to reflect the correct date
( I believe day 1 since you got your license...even Class 7L counts)
