Left work at 3:30pm - Bridgeport area in Richmond
Took River road to Westminster
Stuck on the Westminster to 91S merge at 4:20pm
Continued to be stuck in the same spot until 8:20ish.
Moved incrementally by a few car lengths every hour.
I'm not even at the end of the merge yet and it's been over 7 hours since I left work.
I'm only 3km away from home but I haven't even got on the Alex Fraser yet - which is closed. Btw there are no exits from Westminster off ramp and on.

I read QB had a bus end up in a ditch blocking traffic both ways. I think it's cleared now. Alex Fraser still looks like a parking lot.
Feel bad for a lot of folks in the suburbs a bit to the east.
