^they're a snack...they come in by 3x1 sizes and tastes saltier than those found on sushi
the authentic ones from japan are good..the ones they sell in T&T and what not are mostly from Korea and aren't as good

Yup it's a snack.
There's no actual nutrition, nor is it bad for you.
No fat, nothing.
Think an extremely thin chip with flavour, except you could eat an entire bag and you'll have done nothing but kill your tongue from all the awesomeness.
