your honour, as a result of this incident, my client has been left severely emotionally damaged; suffers from post traumatic stress disorder, constant nightmares resulting in insomnia and inability to keep a job resulting in lost wages, loss of apetite, severe anxiety around roads and vehicles and frequent, terrifying flashbacks.... his life has been absolutely shattered by the event. $$$

You'll lose power assisted brakes, they still work but you really really gotta stomp on them. In addition to that, you'll lose power steering which at that speed doesn't matter, I'd be more worried about the steering wheel locking up.
