The point system has flaw. How is one suppose to use internet without computer?
But either way, 16pts for internet is too much. I'd go
Food - 6
Movie - 4
Gym - 5
Money upfront - 7
Med - 2
Hygiene - 3
Cell - 3

I think the money upfront is crucial. (the same idea why one'd take a lump sum payment on lottery) Who knows what would 10M do for you in 10 years? I would rather invest into a diversified portfolio. (more of a set it up and forget it kinda thing)
Food, hygiene, med and gym are for physical necessity/health.
Movie for entertainment as there would always be new movie/TV show.
Cell for staying in touch with the outside world.

I'll spend a couple of weeks having fun then shoot the skylight and escape and come back for food and shelter.
