I bought a pre-rolled from a dispencery in Washington the night before leaving for Vegas
The prices are fine, $5 for a fat pre-rolled joint. Quality however was shit compared to dispenceries here. At least with this one off joint.
It's kind of funny though, every single thing they sell has a barcode attached to it, whether you buy an ounce or a joint. I'm assuming for tax purposes

I would think it's for inventory tracking and security.
The US reaction is all going to depend on who is President. If it's a democrat it will not be a problem but if it is a right wing nut job then there might be a problem.

Meaning you didn't get the high effect off the joint, or it took more to get you the high?

I would bet the reaction to the cancelling of our involvement in the F35 program would be even more of a problem.

Lol didn't want to buy Rollie's and track down snips etc.
In terms of the quality it was just super rough and dry so obviously a testament against buying PR's as vansterdamn said lol

Buying a pre roll is like buying the "marinated" steaks from a grocery store. Move the old shit quickly and mask the oxidation and stink of the meat by covering it in some shitty ass teriyaki sauce.
