Well, it’s almost that time of the year again… 2015 is coming to an end and its time to ring in the New Year! Hello 2016 and goodbye to the “old” me, right? There’s that typical cliché that happens every year where you tell yourself that you’re going to be a better person, but I’m pretty sure some of us have already accepted the fact that the new year doesn’t really mean much. We’re all going to be stuck in a conversation or two where someone describes how they’re going to try hard to lose weight, cut out carbs, no more drinking etc…. I mean thats great and all, but will it really last for more than 2 weeks? Here’s a list that highlights the typical resolutions you’ll be hearing at all the Holiday parties:
Good luck with all those cliché New Year’s resolution conversations… and may the force be with you.
1. “Healthy” Eating
“This year, I’m going to cut out ALL carbs and only eat salads!”
2. Cutting Out Alcohol
3. Go to the Gym 5-6 days a week
“Maybe once a week will do… or I’ll just eat nothing – that’ll make up for me not going to the gym”
4. Cleaning the Interior of my Car
“Ain’t nobody got time for cleaning inside their car!”
5. Using Winter Tires Next Year
“Winter tires….? I’ll take my chances and live on the dangerous side.”
Will you be guilty of making any of these New Years Resolution? I’m not saying that you won’t be able to accomplish it, but the chances of you following through… well… I’ll just let you be in charge of that.
