2. Canyon Lights at the Capilano Suspension Bridge

            Every year the Capilano Suspension Bridge adds a little bit of light to their attractions and creates a magical viewing of some of the prettiest sights you’ll ever see on the West coast. Perfect for the typical date; walk through the area and see the vast array of lights as you talk about whatever suits you.

            Maybe walking’s not your thing and you want sit and really enjoy it? If that’s the case, then head over to Stanley Park and grab tickets for the annual Bright Lights in Stanley Park event. With a train ready to take you through the park with various Christmas themed spectacles, it give you the perfect warm, cozy place to enjoy each others company.

 4. The VanDusen Gardens Festival of Lights

            Continuing with the theme of lights, the VanDusen Botantical Garden is bringing in an astounding one million lights to Vancouver this year. Whether you want to indulge in the euphoric atmosphere create by these displays or just spend some time with your significant other in a very (we mean very) bright setting, this is a must stop for you.

5. Skating at Robson Square

            For the last one, we’re going back to basics. Nothing beats a Christmas date much like the chance to skate with the other person. In some cases, you’ll be teaching, in some cases you’ll be taught. Either way, it is bound to be a good time, whether you are skating on the ice rink or falling 1000 times, it’ll all be worth it!
