those 2.02 intake valves arent pushing into a chamber with stock 83-95 pistons in them are they? or did ya get big of a dish piston i hope? cuz the twisted wedge head made by trick flow(bad ass head) is the only head using the 2.02" intake valve that you can use, unless you want to make it a custom candy-cane shape valve..on the 83+ 5oh's

Ya theres a pretty good dish on them. I'll take a pic at assembly time. I don't wanna unbag it til then. Thems weren't cheap

Brought the bead-blaster out of storage and started stripping and grime off the intake and valve cover. The block is cleaned and prepped for the install of the head. Now I need to figure out what color everything is going to be and have it ready for tuesdays install.

Modded new razr tires all around on the quad. Set the compression and tension super stiff for my fat ass. Cat walks very nice in 3rd adn crazy hard in 1 and 2. The new tires way way out climb the stock tires.

Motor is in, got home from work at 03:15, got started on the motor at 03:30, put away tools at 05:00, cleaned up and ready for bed at 05:45. Man what a bitch of a job, still got a couple more bolts to put in, some wires to connect and some accesories to bolt on and then it's time to test fire...

Finished the re-re of the hg a day ahead of scedual. Went for a drive and came back and dropped the oil and water. Gonna fill in the morning and re-torque the head-bolts.

Ordered a bunch of gaskets for assemble, comp cams Magnum 308R..... Power from 2500-6500+.

Also orders roller lifters, roller rockers and push rods.

Only a few things to go!!!(for the engine anyways)

Modded a Clarion MAX685BT into the dash of the xB, and a 10" Infinity sub in the back.

10 000k HID's out and 6000k HID's in. Too damn hard to see on the hwy. Was perfect for city driving in Van. Also awaiting install of new s/s turbo manifold, LC1 wideband, and Prosport EGT in a new dual a-pillar pod

^ was it an HID conversion kit or did you somehow find the big square style HID's?

did the front brakes on my moms van, jesus those are easy to do, it's a 94 Aerostar and all I needed was a hammer, a clamp, and a screwdriver to change them. go ford hick-happy designs

Changed the 28's to 33's by hand, took alot longer than expected and not as easy as I had hoped.

Well the tranny in my truck is shitting the bed so I ordered a new heavy hauler trany from NADP, $4700 touch plus install and fluids. But this new tranny is suppose to put 47hp and 220ft/lbs more to the ground, yay 14's here I come.

Welp did some phoning and junk around town. The brothers bro-inlaw has some connections at Mr. Transmission and i am dropping the truck off there and they are putting in some Triple hi energy disc clutches and better converter for a couple G notes less, hopefully it works out.

Begun assembly of my 302... hit a snag though. One of my edelbrock heads did not have the holes drilled for the push rods(wtf?).





Didn't get too far with only one head. It continues in the morning when my new, new head shows up.
