I saw them a couple years ago at the showbox in seattle... really small venue, very intimate, very awesome... CCC was just a big mess and I dunno. It wasn't that good.

that's funny, i was under the impression that the showbox had a higher capacity than the CCC.

anybody thinking of going?
possibly if i get guestlisted. there's no way i'm paying $270 for 3 days. that is a verry large commitment. too bad they couldn't plan it around a long weekend or something.
i doubt it, usually these large festivals have embargos preventing artists from playing shows close to the day of the festival in the same state/prov. if they didn't they'd lose ticket sales from people like you and me.
Brand New is my favourite all-time band. Jesse Lacey is a lyrical genius. Their stuff really gets you thinking about things. Lyrics are much different than the typical stuff you hear on the radio, everything about them is just so real. Very under-rated band.
hmm
been watching alot of this show called Rock Fujiyama...the creator is Marty Friedman..former lead of Megadeth...just a guitar variety show...its..interesting..i like this segment the best...its called the rock game
rumors were that they were getting back together since Audioslave broke up
havnt heard anything since though
Saw them live @ Rock The Bells San Francisco in summer 2007! 45000+ people... Insane...
And after that they toured Japan and Europe... havent announced any date for 2009, but I saw Nightwatchman (Tom Morello's solo project) at Vancouver few months ago too... Also One Day as a Lion (Zack's solo project) is going to tour this year hopefully.
Bump, what bands are good these days? Looking for stuff similar to Deftones (yes, I know they have a new song out)
