here's the entry on my blog -- Beyond the Rhetoric -- about the show last night.

Opening act was Idle Sons, then Mobile, then Theory of a Deadman, then Three Days Grace. Pretty good value. Total show was like 4 hours, and a pair of near-front row tickets was just a touch over $100.

I got a couple of crappy cameraphone vids in the blog entry if you want to check that out.

i went to the three days grace show. i was in row Z.

man... i guess i should have known that if it was @ the centre, there's bound to be seats. the energy's not the same when you can't jump around.. or when ppl around you are standing like logs.

btw wasnt it three days grace and then theory of a deadman?

and did any band come back for an encore? i left right after TOAD.. wanted to beat the crowd.

ETA: oh seems like the set was diff on the sat night show. i had gone to the friday night show.

Anyone here a fan of Relient K? They've just released the first single from their new album to the public and it should hit the airwaves in December/January

It sounds really "poppy," but the more I listen, the more I like it

http://www.myspace.com/relientk

It's called "Must Have Done Something Right" and they have a harder song on there too

Fucking awesome band.

Get Send Me an Angel, Red Sky, All That's Left and Image of the Invisible.

Keane's Crystal Ball is a pretty good song too.

Saliva's new song ... Ladies and Gentlemen, there's a part where they go 'boom, boom' and it sounds exactly like POD's Boom song.
