Eat less carbs, do resistance training 3 times a week, do HIIT 3 times a week, and do some steady state every other morning.

Losing fat is not rocket science. You don't need these whacky expensive programs to get a "beach body"

Isnt P90x already more of a beach body type program?
I bet its pretty much the same thing.. they just change some of the exercises around and call it new and hope ppl spend another $100 on the new program..

people that don't know how to lose weight are just lazy.

it's called cardio, and it hurts, and it sucks.

people that don't know how to gain muscle, are just lazy.

it's called lifting hard, it hurts, and eating even if you're still sorta full, it sucks.

what do you think this program is?

its called cardio, it hurts, and it sucks.

of course I wouldn't pay for this, but if I can download it , I may try this or p90x in the future because I want to switch things up from my current work out program while taking a break from going to the gym.

I have tried p90x and it's good stuff... I didn't follow the nutrition guide but just watched what I eat... it's good to keep someone motivated or if you are lazy to go to the gym for a day..pop in the dvd and waste that 1 hour at your house... I think that's their whole purpose..

You consider work-outs to be wasted time?

I did it. It was INSANE. I've done p90x before, and this is much more intense (cardio wise)

i did 2 insanity work outs in the last 3 days....my body was sore all over...

yes losing weight is not rocket science...but sometimes you do need someone there to motivate you..or to kick your ass like shaun t does...

also the moves are unconventional but it did work the muscles "i didn't know i had"

Based on how well p90x worked for me, I believe this program could bring you results.

There's no substitute for good old hard work.
