Dent Pulling

My '06 TL recently had someone hit and run on the passenger side wheel well. Because there is no damage to the paint (no scratch/chips), the guy who is replacing my windshield recommended me to just get it pulled out and itll take 10-15 minutes.
Is this what is called PDR? (Paintless dent removal..?)
If this can indeed be done can anyone recommend any good shops they've dealt with in the past?

It's possible to do it yourself... but most people just don't know!
It's usually the method of using dry ice to contract the metal piece so that it comes out.

Here's a youtube explaination:

wait what? so at the end he said when you put it in the sun the dent will re-appear?.... then whats the point of doing that? is there a way to keep the dent from re-appearing? anyone try this before?

How much did you guys pay at dent unlimited? Was it a more expensive quote or do you think it's quite fair (compared to other dent removal businesses)
I called them for a free estimate, and they gave me $125-175 for the job which requires drilling a hole through the door to reach the sealed wheel well.

I had 3 quarter sized dents removed on my car, got charged $128 or something like that
Compared to other places I don't know, they were the first place and probably be the only place I will go from now on just because while he was working on the car I sat in the shop chatting with him while he worked on it, like I said great guys

hmmmm, I have like 5-6 dents on my car and I'm thinking of this. How long is the usual process of removing dents? (ie 3-4 hours?)
