Hell yes!!! Gotta love the big high res screen, bb10 hub, long battery life, blackberry blend when i am at home on my air giving my thumbs a rest, most major apps are there, the touch enabled keyboard, solid hardware.

If this had an apple logo on it, ppl would kill for it.

Heres the thing about buying 3rd party unlock codes, it voids your warrenty.

IF it bought it out right from your carrier then they have to unlock it for you right away for a fee.

i'm using the best buy warranty, so its a third party thing anyways, so i'm not too worried about it haha

Q10, Q5, Z10 and Z30 all on sale at shop.blackberry

BlackBerry Canada Online Store - Products

Should I pick up a Z30 to replace my Z10 while I wait to see if a Z50 happens in 2015?

About that Z30 deal, asking for a co-worker. The phone on the BB site says it's GSM unlocked only. He's on Telus, and he's been told that they're on HSPA and the phone won't work. If he buys it, is he okay to use it on their network, or will some HSPA-only capabilities be absent? He's been given mixed answers by Telus themselves.

Thanks.

Yes it'll work on Telus' HSPA network.

But not on LTE, it uses bands (850/2100/2600 MHz). Only Bell and Rogers operate on 2600 , Telus is stuck with 1700 at the moment.

how many of you are interested in the classic? Thinking about getting a passport or the classic. Currently using q10. I had a z10 before that and was really impressed with the virtual keyboard but the physical one got the win.

The upcoming Blackberry Classic has certainly piqued my interest.

I'm currently using a Z10 and while I love the phone and its features, I'm more of a traditionalist where I prefer a physical keyboard like yourself. My only real gripe with the Z10 (and most smart phones these days) is that the length is cumbersome in terms of reach (that's what she said haha!)

I reckoned that my next phone was going to be a Nokia Lumia 830 but I am not hopeful of the platform's future and Microsoft's plans for device support.

If your on the FIDO network, you should be able to get LTE correct?
