suggestion for a new forum

hey mods,

i was wondering if we could get a new forum called "the great outdoors"

there seems to be enough members on the forum who spend time in the outdoors OR are interested in the outdoors.

the forum could house discussion on subjects such as camping, hunting, fishing, hiking, canoeing, kayaking, wilderness survival, etc, etc, etc.

the sports forum isnt really suitable for these topics and i think the forum would greatly benefit from an outdoor specific forum.

possible sponsors could be outdoor stores/companies like mountain equipment co-op or some sort of eco-tourism company.

since the truck, suv and 4x4 forum doesnt get alot of traffic we could merge that forum into the outdoors forum.

i think it would be a good move and generate an increased amount of traffic as well as diversify the google ad sense topics available.

i'll +1 this.

Nothing like camping in a tent in my backyard with extension cords and space heaters.

Request has been denied. They want you to start a thread and keep it going.
