So i'm intrigued with their $30 25Mb/2.5Mb plan (referral) that will be a lifetime non-contract pricing....this will save me an extra ten bucks a month (i'm a cheapskate)....anyone using this service abd can comment in reliability and speed...for $40 they have voip and a free android box with some chinese streaming stuff... From reading around, this will end soon

Wow they are offering FTTN... Thats impressive, this must mean its only available in certain areas that have pre run fiber lines. I wonder who's lines they are piggy backing off of?

You said it was cable though?

AIC Telecom has something similar.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I believe they are another Telus and Shaw reseller, that offers lower monthly internet rates, in exchange for low bandwidth caps. For a 25mbps/3mbps line, they will give you a 200GB cap. then charge you outrageous over-limit fees.

You should check out Teksavvy instead.

$39.95/month with 300GB cap, and unlimited bandwidth between 2am-8am, perfect if you have a file server setup.

Your 25 is only a 10 seconds boost, afterward it will drop back to whatever speed that you pay for. Unless you can find a speedtest that can last for a minute or two else you can't test it properly
Shaw does the same thing with their service
