Got scammed, help

Fuck I never thought this would happen to me

So I was at the Subway on Marine near Cambie and I asked for extra jalapenos. The person behind the counter put on like 1 more jalapeno per side when I asked, so I asked again and they picked out the two smallest jalapeno slices to put on either end again. After seeing my sparsely covered sub, I asked yet again for more jalapenos and the person put on a slice like this:

Yes, they gave me the stem.

I left after paying and now I want my money back. What to do?

Isn't there some law about being required to refund money if poor service is given?! :suspicious:

snails 01-24-2015 05:26 PM

im sure the sandwich artist is remorseful

Bouncing Bettys 01-24-2015 05:38 PM

1. Eat sandwich
2. Poop out sandwich
3. Mail evidence to Subway corporate
4. Profit

No because according to someone on RS their logic is you should eat it and leave without paying.

BoostedBB6 01-24-2015 05:51 PM

You should email the server's dean.

As much as I wanna fail you for this, you do have a somewhat valid point. Some subway locations are so cheap and barely give you anything, while other locations even offer free extra cheese (Blundell & Garden City. You're welcome)

My way of dealing with it? Simply stop going to the locations that are cheap.

No, no, no.

You just subtract $2 from your bill, and pay that amount...

its actually funny you say this. finding a good subway is hard to come by.

i was delivering a car in my lot boy days to some dealership in van one day. the car i was picking up wasnt ready so i drove around for an hour and ended up at a subway and it was the best subway i have ever had. problem was, i wasnt paying attention to the location and actually have no idea which one it was :( i have had to put up with mediocre subway since.

we need a support group

You pay what you think it's worth.

If I ask for extra toppings and they don't put enough on, it usually goes like this:

Spoiler!

FerrariEnzo 01-24-2015 07:13 PM

Someone else on her had a similar incident l... maybe consult with him and see what he did.... just make sure you didn't pay in full and just what you feel you should pay since you didn't get what you asked for....

multicartual is the equivalent of a FB whore that can't stand a moment of attention being taken away from her.

68style 01-24-2015 09:44 PM

Well, in his defence, I don't know too many guys who don't enjoy the company of a good whore every now and then

I swear I remember a thread way back on here where someone said the Subway artist flat out refused to put mustard on a sandwich. Anyone remember this?

XplicitLuder 01-24-2015 11:03 PM

i once asked for a little bit of lettuce and that bitch put a whole bag on my sandwhich, needless to say i shat green for 2 days. I send them the package through Canada Post, and i called the next day. When they answered the phone i said " Good Luck " and hung up
