The E-Health Act only lists a max penalty of $200k (those are the most severe cases) and the College of Pharmacists, under the Health Providers Act, will only be applying suspensions with matters like this.

Best to start the process before you go, not just for yourself, but for anyone else who would suffer or had suffered at this idiots hands

police report, lawyer, & as others have mentioned, college of pharmacists complaint

Just filed a complaint with college of pharmacists, will file police report tomorrow.

For people thinking I don't care, well I do. I arrived in Vancouver on Saturday and will be around until next Tuesday, besides work, I also have a ton of stuff to take care of for my relocation on my plate I have to get done in essentially a week. Not the best time for something like this to come up but I've decided to make time to handle it.

I don't know why is everyone suggesting police..

The police aren't going to do anything. If anything the administration law from the college of pharmacists would be more effective than 'fraud' charge. Seriously, all you get from the police is a file number 16-xxxxx.

Follow through with the complaint; don't back out..

presentation and preparedness, filing a police report has a measure of weight to it, especially if the pharmy continues his bs with op while he's seeking out the tribunal. it also helps anyone else who may have to deal with the guy in the future, if there's a list of reports against him

Well done.

Imagine one day applying for an important position in your future company 10-20 years down the line, and this dude is dating someone (or buddy-buddy) with your competition. They could use this to harm your reputation as someone who has 'immoral behaviour' and has a history of STDs as part of a 'smear campaign' against you.

Good job, let us know how it all goes down.

For those of you in healthcare. I'm just curious how you figure out your organ donor status? You used to be able to chose when you renewed your Drivers Liscence.
Now that the Carecard is part of your Drivers Liscence you'd figure it'd be easy to look up at the DMV but no such luck. They said everyone is considered a non donor now, is that true? How can I verify this?

well that depends.

did you receive a cheque from Nigeria and thought about cashing it at money mart?

were you caught with fare evasion on the skytrain but didn't think it was fair because Canada men's hockey won against Slovakia?

did your child slip on a grape at the mall?

were you served cold food at IHOP but ate most of it before demanding a discount?
