Are both of these violation fee is the same or do i have to call them and ask about it? | What Municipality did you get the ticket in? Did you get a ticket for No Stopping Zone instead of for the handicap spot?
If it is not the correct charge, the ticket will be thrown out.
Fill out the dispute form in the back and you will be able to speak to a screening officer, who will review the officer's photographs, look for errors and omissions on the ticket and contact you.
I know in Burnaby they will hold the fine at the lower amount until you speak to a screening officer, even if it is longer than the escalation date. I can't speak for Vancouver, but they also use the adjudication system so it should be similiar. |
