It's the members that make Revscene meets awesome, and look!, the last VLS Coffee Meet was no exception. More randomness, destruction and fun than you can shake a "McGangBang" at. Great to see some new members and we hope to see more people come out! Meet your mods, connect with other members and maybe have one too many coffees. VLS' also hosts Mobile Phone Chat meets, and you can see +Kardboard+ for deets on those.

REVscene.net "Stoplight"  Member of the Month

This month we stopped member, InvisibleSoul. He first heard of RS through the grapevine and joined during his days studying in university. One forum he frequently visits is the Vancouver Off-Topic (VOT) forum. “It’s a very active forum with an assortment of topics from local news to the most random posts. It's where I go to keep up-to-date on what's happening in the world!” And since InvisibleSoul's job is a System Administator, he also visits the VLS Computer Tech forum where he likes to discuss technology and help other members with computer problems. Best known for his current “Freebies” VOT thread he adds, “I enjoy spreading joy and helping members here because, to me, this is the online community that I feel closest to. Revscene is the main outlet for me to discuss topics of common interest with other locals, so I try to give something back in return.” InvisibleSoul acknowledges that there are periods when he is very active (checking new posts 4-5 times a day) and times when he is less active (checking once per day). “I have taken a few hiatuses of varying lengths but eventually I always come back.”

EPIC SUMMER Meet '09

Yes, that's right, we are announcing this EARLY!  Why you may ask, because this year will be yet another EPIC Summer Meet.  We stick to our traditions, free food, fun filled games, prizes.  This year however we will be adding some new twist.  With the absence DTP, we need to step it up.  We will be asking local shops to come out and lend their support!  We cannot do this alone, and are anticipating a larger than normal showing.  We are pulling all the stops for this years Meet!
