Nice! I'm only on 1 week at the moment :( Good news is I'm moving up on the preacher curl, 35 each arm now 3 sets, 10 reps.

Mattster 01-29-2004 10:18 AM

I'm back on the workout bandwagon. On a good diet this time so it should work well . Sucks starting over again though just when I was building up fairly well and able to lift some half decent weight I had to quite. Oh well muscle memory to the rescue, I hope anyway.

Yeah, luckily we're a smaller company. There's two of us doing support for our program, which over 400 companies in Canada use. We have complete control over the calls and support (we do sales, not telemarketing though... people call us, and other things as well). We're our own bosses basically... our boss doesn't monitor what we do... but I still don't treat people badly unless they treat me like shit first. Our boss always backs us up on any problems, so it's all good.
Your very lucky then. Even worse are the folks that I work with. Sitting in my row I have 2 army Vietnam veterans and about 4 folks who seriously need to get on a diet, badly. All I want to is smack all these kids like the dude in this video:

RedCeli 01-29-2004 08:01 PM

Agreed. I got 14 cm on my driveway, just shoveled it.

Big Daddy 01-29-2004 09:42 PM

my buddy measured the benches at his work, 11.3" at Panago in Sa-hali, littl ceasers has no drivers and Panago might be shutting early.

Jen 01-30-2004 12:36 AM

JESUS CHRIST!

People are being the stupidest I think I have ever seen them in this snow. Seriously. Trying to drive up Dalgleish, we started sliding backwards and almost nailed this PT Cruiser because we lost ALL CONTROL... and some dumbass kids walk into the middle of the street behind us. Just chillin in the middle of the street as we're sliding towards them. And then get angry because we almost slid into them.

GAH.

Oh well, I guess trying to drive up that bloody hill without winter tires wasn't the smartest thing to do in the first place.

civic chick 01-30-2004 12:43 AM

oh, and the weather sucks

fourtirefire 01-30-2004 12:48 AM
