yeah msn was down for like 5 hours tonite.... yet the funny thing is on thier sevice status page it claimed "all systems up and running"

Msn is thuper gay when it comes to effienency i find, they should do their service at 5am when no one is on.

im pretty sure this wasnt a service thing... like i dont think it was matinence *spelling?* ... they had some problems with a virus/bug that went through microsofts system and effected certain things... i think msn got caught in that... *see link on danches post*

7 days until my license is reinstated. This 7 days is going to feel like a LOT longer now that I took her for a drive to the store last night. Man, do I ever miss that. I was going to use the air compressor, but such is my luck... I get there, and the compressor is out of order, and not only that, but there's a cop filling up at the pumps staring at my car. Errgh. Just what I need, get busted for taking my car around the corner with no license ONE WEEK before I get it back.

The points system is messed up. I lost my license for a month after getting 6 points(speeding and no N)...then I got an undue care and attention (6 points) and a speeding (3 points)for a total of 15 points and I didn't lose my license. This was all back when I had my N.

Heh, i got 4 fucken points and lost my licence for GAY offences too. They need to set a standerd and freaking stick to it, just once again shows how dumb icbc is.

You're fucking kidding me? I've been driving for 6 years... in that time, I've only ever had 4 speeding tickets. Not even excessive speed... always had my N up. I lost it for two months because of one ticket. I don't even know how many points I have because they've never told me. Do tickets from 5 years ago count towards points? The officer told me that I should have receieved a letter that told me I was in danger of losing my license if I had another driving offense... I've never seen such a letter in my life.

This system is absolute bullshit.

I've been driving for nearly 6 years as well. I've had one speeding ticket, and two N tickets. Didn't lose my license, but had enough points that I had to pay a $300 fine... even though I found out that for one of the tickets the cop put the wrong offense down... so if i were to fight it in court i probably would have won... i was just too lazy to go, and didn't want to miss work for the court appmnt, so i just paid the stupid fine. (plus my insurance was up and they wouldn't let me renue it until either the ticket was overturned or until i paid the fine... so i just paid it.

they will. in 2001 i got 6 points (2 speeding tickets), and had to renew my insurance in January of 2002. they didn't mention any points to pay, so i didn't pay them. then the next month i had to change my address and that's when they finally caught up with me. :mad:

Yes you should. As soon as possible. If you get your license suspended and then get it back, you're on probabtion for like another year and you can't get your real license til you're off probation.

Shit...that sucks, I've also heard that the N kids out there only can have 1 non family passenger in the car at any given time now, I got my N far before that law was instigated, i wonder if i'm thrown into the loop there...hmm....

You must abide by the restrictions stated on the back of your license. If the restriction isn't there, it doesn't apply. However, if you renew your license, they magically appear.;)

DONT SPEED DOWN NOTRE DAME! lol... i got tagged for it... its 50 aparently.. heh.. anyways.. the test is pretty straight forward, a bit of highway, hazzards while moving, no paralell parking, 3 pnt turns, school zones, a random play ground zone *near battle just b4 that crazy hill* you come around the corner and its right there... head up on that... hrmm what else.. mainly school zone, playground zones, often 2 *i had two both times i took it* ... watch yer speed, they're really relaxed about this one cuz they knwo you can drive... they just wanna make sure you follow the rules...
