what is s special about those frames with the black tint? And yes, this is my 2nd post in here since the thread first started, lol

You've never seen those license plate frames on some cars that have a peice of glass attached to them covering the plate and it has a black tint that it supposed to block photoradar but it doesnt exist anymore.

Yea I see them all the time. I see one down at the chevron by costco all the time. How would they block photo radar? Would they block those camera's that they have in intersections?
