Anyhow, was told I was going to be fired at my job today, because I was doing my job. A customer called in stating they couldn't get to this site: Right here
I get him to the site, fix the issue. However, there was a screenshot taken. I'm now placed on a Cap 3 (final warning, before your fired) .
We love our job, we love Convergys
(anyone know a place that hires honest workers in Kamloops, I think I need a new place soon).
