:) It's something brand new. To tell you the truth I never wanted the bloody degree, but ADARTS gets first dibs on registration..so I applied for the program and got in...I was gonna drop out of the program and just do straight Univ. Transfer as soon as I registered, but they told me that ALL I had to do were electives and I'd get my ADARTS (had so many courses from before), so I stuck with it...might as well ;) It won't do much...but it'll show on a resumee that I've done something. It's a start and apparently there are some positions (not sure what) where they look for Associate Degrees...it's basically half a Bachelors. I never plan on using it, 'cuz I"m going straight onto my 3rd/4th yrs :D But it will be something to put on a resumee....and considering I dind't have to go out of my way to do it, it's not bad ;) (and now that I'm applying for universities I can say I am a Camosun grad w/ an Associate of Arts Degree....it basically just sounds good haha)

SpooSports 01-26-2005 11:50 PM

Sounds like the diploma program at UCC...2 year programs. My friend got an accounting diploma and immediately got a job at a bank. He now teaches accounting at Sprott Shaw. So if you want a $10-15/hour job, 2 year diplomas are good for that.

RedCeli 01-27-2005 03:05 AM

I love writing essays til 4AM. I need to get over this belief that I can start writing them at 8:00 the night before they're due. No sense in sleeping now...might as well wait til 5:30 and hit the gym.

Danch 01-27-2005 10:54 AM

Well this sucks...

Lose job.
Computer bonks out.
Car Accident.

Looks like hampton might be the only regular kamloops integra person on this board for a bit :(

i've noticed there a lot of preludes up here, considering
there aren't much imports, % wise.

2.5FearFactory 01-28-2005 01:39 PM

speaking of Preludes...that white one in some other thread (or is it the beginning of this one) w/ the projector non-pop-ups is TRIPPY :D

Mine maybe? Wont find one cleaner. Whats your price range?

bluebomber85 01-28-2005 03:38 PM

so, i'm on lunchbreak from work today and i decided to drive to Koya to get some eats. tickin' away on hwy 97 going 85km/h and i hear this thud thud thud thud.... I pull over and my tire has literally been shredded. i'm thinking someone slashed it? wtf. changing a tire on the side of the hwy when you're hungry as fuck and on your way to food licks balls. pleasant surprise though when i popped the trunk and found out i ACTUALLY had a spare, a tire iron and a jack. thank the lord. who's drinkin' tonite?

i sure am.

Domani 01-28-2005 03:54 PM

emm another strike next monday...!
