I have a habit of saying what I mean and not sucking mods' dicks (though I make an exception for Mike). That doesn't always fly with all the mods. ;) There's also a lot of beef off-line (it's a big community...I never expected to get along with EVERYONE) and that PERSONAL, non-RS beef just happened to be with people who were either mods or friends of mods...so I keep getting my ass canned. I try and not drag most off-RS junk onto RS while others will happily drag up 3yr old issues that never had any relevance to RS in the first place. (Some issues I could easily bring up are more sensitive than others....some involve other members and/or organizations who would rather stay out of it....in those instances I simply let it go and let whomever I'm having a beef with have the satisfaction of "owning" me, as one put it). Most of this stuff is really petty and a lot of "friends" are quick to jump ship when they see mods flexing muscles...but such is life.

With this said...NONE of what I had just said has anything to do w/ the OK forums mods. You've seen the way I talk to/about mods/admins...I don't hold anything back. Okke/Mike/Geoff/etc are the best damn group of mods this site has...in fact, as a member of well over 25 message boards, in my experience the OK mods are some of the best mods out there period. Holy shit what a friggin task that was.....
Had to format my computer, since i moved didnt have discs here.. *still at old place* a friend lent the discs i needed to me.. in a huge rush i carelessly started the format.. it wasnt untill about 50% through the format that i realised i didnt back anything up... it would have been super easy too, as im on a network and could have just copied files to the other computer.. lol.. after a few mins of freaking out i realised that one cannot rely nor depend on computers so blindly... shit happens and life will go on without the computer... and its contents..

either way it was a huge task installing updates and internet programs, since in new to the wireless bullshit and one can't get service pack 1 without the net.. i eventually got it thanks to my brother whos super knowledgible (spelling?) in computers

everything is fixed and running smoothly.. i had my backup discs from my last format back in march of this year so i really only lost 9 months worth of stuff.. which.. is just alot of pictures and music.. no biggy... lesson learned thats for sure.

i'm in kind of the same boat, except i did backup my recent data onto several DVDs. my lesson learned is to not rely on hyundai dvds..... :(

soooo anyone in Vernon? How's the weather/roads there? I was supposed to go to Vernon today just for the fun of it ....buuuuuuuuut it snowed here....and I don't feel like risking writing off my truck if it's snowy everywhere...

just got home from christmas holidays at my parents ski cabin... i couldn't ski cause of my knee but i had a blast anyways... free beer, free food, and lots of both!

just got back from there. roads are fine... just wet.

some dog attacked my dog when my dad was walking him earlier.. had him by the neck and the metal collar was the only thing that saved him. the other dog ran off after my dad stomped it and we don't know who owns it. fuckin boils my blood, and that dog will get whats coming.

The sad thing is that the dog doesn't know any better. That's what happens when people don't know how to raise an animal.

I dont wanna go back to school..........Fuck, shit, bitch.
