You're looking for pages 17-22. Also, if you are travelling within the EU, you can take anything you want. I didn't think of it when I was living in Manchester and travelled to Germany/Czech Rep./Poland, and only brought back 1 litre of cheap Polish vodka. I probably should have known seeing as I was there studying International Economics and dealing mainly with the EU and its policies.
