I need front speakers for my car... don't want to go out spending a shit load of money, as I never even noticed they weren't working until I had my new subs installed.

Walmart (haha promised myself never to buy car shit there, but...) they have a set of speakers that are the right size for $50 bucks new. They're Panasonic I think. I know they're most likely shit, but does anyone know if they would be alright... will they be better than nothing, or will they fuzz and crackle at high volume levels?

I could go spend like $200 bucks at future shop (which is my plan next summer), but if it's not gonna be that much of a difference... would it sound alright for a quick fix?

check XS Cargo too. I think most of their speakers are THUMP! brand.. never heard of them but they're dirt cheap

To stop the sending simply block e-mails from revscene.net like i did, there seems to be no other way.

For the speakers, dont cheap out on your fronts, its where 75% of your midrange sound comes from, If anything you should have your best set of speakers up front. Infinity is an excellent choice for a mid-price range set of speakers.

Yeah, I switched it again, so it's currently at "no", and I'm still getting them.

Oh ok, thanks for the info Spoo. I don't know shit about speakers really... I'll either pick up a good set, or just wait until next summer, as my car will be going off the road in the next 2 months anyways.

yeah... you get your rare, very rare items like those... but in a junkyard with 80% of the vehicles being pre-1989, you don't really see it often
