yep good chance of snow tonite too, gota fair bit last night up in the hills above my place..
went and checked it out today during lunch break, hit up myra canyon FSR at the very end of mccollough road upto the KVR trestle area, there was a good 3 inches up there, and i'm amazed how well my tires gripped, made it up all the hills and everything
also.. wow theres alot of burnt wasteland up there, its really quite the sight to see in person

i guess they've changed the weather report... no snow this week supposedly now. However, there was snow on black mountain, so I don't think getting it on the hwy's is very far away... i wouldn't be surprised to see it around this time next week

ahh winter... a time of fishtails, unexpected stalling, hours of waiting for windows to defrost, and a nice cold seat to sit in after a nice freezing walk from classes......... woot... i love old cars... no sense turning on the heat on for a 30 min drive cuz it wont be warm till the time you get there....lol

id track this puppy.. cost me like $2500 including buying the bike to make it track worthy
the reason its so cheap is, my buddy got it last year.. no one else put in a bid for a bike, so his $1500 bid bought it.. now he wants to get rid of it..
i still need a heated garage tho :P

k, im rilly pissed off so im just gona vent to you guys. who knows, maybe you guys can help me out. my room mate and i have been tryin to find a place to rent all month to get out of this little apt. we have looked at tons of places but we got nothing. one guy even admited that he wouldent give it to us because he thought we would make lost of noise, (his kid is part of e-spec i might add) and he dosen even know us. the only reason he judged us that way was because when i showed up i had a skate board. just because i have a fuckin skateboard dosent mean i stick my self with needels, and crank the music so loud that the neighbours can hear it, and have no money. i use my skate board to get around because i dont have my licenz, its faster then walking, and i can cary it cause its lite, not like a bike. fuck i hate ppl who judge other ppl by how they look. we even had one east indian guy come to the door, and pretend that teh ppl who were suposto show us the place wernt there, and he was suposto be the guy to show us. and one person on the phone told us she didnt think it would work because it was going to be a girl and 2 guys. who the fuck cares? we are all working full time. one in the morning, one in the after noon, and im going to be working nights. so it will be pritty hard to party, and if we do we usualy go to a buddys house, or out to a bar or bp's or something. so now because these fags judged me and my room mate by what we look like and our age, we are prolly going to be homless as of nov 1 even though we have the money to pay for rent at a place, and everything.
any thoughts??

some people would just rather not take the risk. Having been around people that have problems with tenants, I can understand these people's reasons for not renting their places out to you.
First of all, I'd suggest ALWAYS dressing nicely and look your best whenever you go to see a place you're looking to rent. I guarantee you if you would have showed up in a dress shirt and some nice pants, with your hair done, and acted politely to them, you'd be in a completely different situation. And do NOT bring a skateboard. Whether it's your form of transportation or not... and no matter how much you don't like it, it will not help your cause. Kids with skateboards have a negative stereotype, whether it's fair or not.
First impressions count a lot, especially the way you look, even though you think it might not be fair.
Why take a chance on you, when it's not hard to find someone else to rent their place? No matter how much it might upset you, if you look like a young guy who might like partying, they're gonna ASSUME you are, whether you are or not.
It may not be your style, but if you want to rent a place, show up as nicely dressed as you can, and act like the nicest guy possible.

sorry bout the double post spoo....
but i need to vent.... im choked.... im sposed to be commin to kelowna next year for school... but i was tlakin to my parents about the whole application thing and they told me they want me to wait another year so i can save money and actually get usedto the whole schoolt hing and what have you .... im so mad... id otnw ant to be here anymore..... i wanna gosomewhere else for school......  how lame.... anyways thats my venting... im done now ^_^

holy smokes its cold out...last day of work tomo....should be slack..then drink beer..but its gunna be damn cold in the morn..i think theyre callin for -6..i cant wait..
and ya Festus..i think that i get the 24 months.. a lil bit of a piss off..i normally dont have more than one person in my car..cept..big white..gunna suck..can only have one person ride with me.

big acismash out in westsyde this mornin, yellow blazer's front en totalled after t-boning or just running into a nissan suv... looked painful... lots of glass and what have you... no word on injuries tho... i was on my way to class at about 830.. must have just happend about that time... traffic was stopped... and my wasnt warm yet  boo
