I used to drive with my fogs on. I had 3 cops on different occasions making stupid jokes like "Is it foggy in your world?" and threatening to give me a ticket, so I figure I'd leave them off. Sooner or later I'd find one that would actually write me a ticket.

Well there is a difference between fog and driving lights. I use my DL's all the time. Tend to keep them off while while around town, but use them on the hwy and for finding address's late at night, they work wonders.

they have to stay on on MR2's and Celica's as the DRL's. I keep 'em on at night too though. Makes it very easy when we get seperated in traffic. Theres a Cavalier in town that drives around with 6 foglights + his headlights. yech.

not sure, just saw it as I was heading in, it was parked right along the side of the building past the one with the horse in front...on sort of a ramped up area.

spotted a gross integra behind work today...so I parked next to it. CF hood and full bodykit with pearlescent paint but it was really beat up and had big cracks in the kit badly patched up and such.
