I'm working for my dad until I find something in finance. He owns a heating company and we do most of the geothermal heating in Sun Rivers.

I;ve noticed the increase in Geothermal guys here in kelowna, i saw 3 different trucks with 3 different names on em, all for geothermal. yet, i hear nothing about people getting it done. Is it workin out? geothermal in the okanagon i mean.

It isn't done a lot in Kamloops other than at Sun Rivers. It is a golf course community that uses geothermal exclusively. Other than there its not done a lot because it is a very expensive up-front cost. In the city it is very expensive because you have to drill vertically to put the loops in, but in rural areas with more room, you can just dig a trench and put them in horizontally, which is less expensive. At least one of the Kelowna geothermal companies (geotility I think its called) doesn't actually install the systems, but just does the drilling. Geotility does a lot of the drilling at Sun Rivers.

haha yeah my tires seem to like doing that on the thick painted lines at lights and such. plus everyone else was driving mini vans

yeha I'll double check the pressure and such today, Saturday I'll pop 'em off and see what's going on under there. The tires are kinda funny so I think maybe they're just grabbing more traction as I come off the other side of the paint causing the sound.
