Anyoen got any tips leveling as a prot pally? Planing to stay prot till around level 78 to 79 then switch to Holy

It's all about aoe grinding. Once you get reckoning it's fun. Basically pull, a bunch of mobs with retri aura up, cast concentration, holyshield if you have it, wack enemies when you get reckoning procs....switch to conc aura if you need to heal

WOO | in the beta it's incredibly overpowered. it will most likely get toned down, but currently, it definitely is the way to level.
as for prot paladin leveling... INSTANCES! every needs a tank, and most people love paladin tanks.
and reckoning is a waste of 5 pts for a prot paladin.
edit: why dont you have crusader strike in that rotation? lol

edit: why dont you have crusader strike in that rotation? lol | Yes...Reckoning may suck for tanking/threat, but when it comes to AOE grinding at low levels (as in 5/5 reckon at lvl 35) it works wonders if paired with a 1.4ish speed weapon and Fiery.
As for crusader strike...He's talking about leveling here...So sure, throw Crusader strike in at lvl 51+, but I was assuming he was starting fresh, or at a low level being 20ish.
And due to the fact that he is leveling NOW, not when WotLK comes out, I'm looking at current talents.

rotation goes something like avenger shield, holy shield, consecrate, seal of righteousness - rinse and repeat minus the avenger shield when buffs wear out (with ret aura up of course). wouldnt recommend judging the seal often cause it wastes mana and holy shield > consecrate.. this is for aoe'ing btw; prot pallies 1 on 1 are just useless..

lol just came back form palying Wii I was able to login for a 1min but all Addons is not working lol(Bartender, WIM, Routes, Xperl) I arleady updated to the newest version aorund 2pm. Looks like we all have to play without any add ons lol
