Epics=Epics. Be it a 200 lvl wpn or 245 lvl wpn, they're still epics.
I've played since Vanilla and have NEVER had it so easy to get epics. I could care less of the level of the items. Oh, yes, my mace is not 80, but you know what? I'm pro heals, so it really doesn't matter 
Oh, Mr.Happyslip, I have 3 226 lvl epics (H-TOC), the rest being 200 (maybe in between if they exist) BUT, I have been at 80 for aboyt 8 hours/played and that's just stupid.
(Current armory is showing enhance gear...)

There is a big difference in "epicness" between me ( http://www.wowarmory.com/character-s...iras&n=Kuddlez) and a friend in my guild ( http://www.wowarmory.com/character-s...ras&n=Marlucia). Who cares it it's all purple? It's quite obvious that gear that you get with badges is the Vanilla version of Uncommon items, that raid gear that requires a bit of effort is like a Rare item, and current top-tier raid gear is truly Epic. Same with PvP gear. Having full deadly doesn't make you epic. Having 5/5 furious with relentless weps does.

It used to be hard to get "geared"; being ilvl 245 or ilvl 200, and it's just not anymore. I can plow through heroics now with out dropping below 50% mana ever, don't need to drink, and running with other blue geared 80's. My tank friend hit 80 at the same time as me, and we've never had any problems, with anything.
Don't get me wrong, I really enjoy playing, and it's nice to gear up quick so I can get my Shammy into Uld/TOC10/25, but it's just easy, really really really really easy compared to what it used to be.
To summarize, the entire game = EZ MODE

If ppl aren't so stupid and dumb we could have gotten a lot more than what we are getting. Harde modes isn't like OMG ONLY ELITES can do it. Anyone can as long as they pay close attention and work as a team.

what dps are your rogues pulling? im wondering since we're at 10% on anub 25heroic
im pulling rather low dps since i have mind numbing poison for the shadowstep, and gemmed ArP as to agi, so just want to compare

well before FoK nerf, i believe they were doing 11k dps.
but now you cant FoK spam for dps/interrupts
but i think they are still doing 9k~ give or take
