its been 2 patches. im still using the old mortal strike spec and .. that 2h axe everyone wanted, i dont even remember what it's called. the blue one, that's made by a weapon smith.

Tanking is all about gear. One of our main tanks is mortal strike specced and is a good a tank as any.

He's on vacation and I have his account info. Goddamn...I went to SM and agroed like 30 mobs and just wasted them all with Thunderfury.

Is there anything that has improved from the hunter's aspect of the game? I haven't played in awhile and I'm thinking about leaping back in.

That's not what warriors are for.

That's not really fair to say.. Ulic can play any way he wants.

He shouldn't count on being invited for end raids or anyhting, that's just how it is, but you can still get along fine playing certain ways - you don't HAVE to play your class role perfectly at ALL times.

I was the so called most dangerous warrior on alliance stonemaul, pure arms/fury, best gear (at the time) etc.

Looking back on it now and seeing how the warrior class is progressing, I woulnd't play a warrior unless I was planning to be one of the main tanks in raids. Warriors are not what they once were.

Did you know that mortal strike originally did 250% weapon damage, your target could NOT heal (at all) and there was no cooldown timer? Warriors have been going down a path towards tanking and DOT, burst damage is dissappearing very very quickly. While it's not the way I'd like to see one of the more fun classes go, I think I can agree that it's better for the game as a whole if warriors aren't able to two shot most classes (as I once was able).

Yeah, I've had 6k crits in BWL as a shaman...locks and mages hit 10k easy.

But if you do, you'll probably pull agro like a noob.

im not in for the end game raid stuff, i just wanna beable to take players out for fun. raid stuff is boring man. hours of.. just.. i duno it's boring.

i wanna be a warrior like fucking conan, or heman or whteaver. pure strength, cut through everything like a hot knife through butter, yet not have to hide and sneak around like a rogue. kinda like... a "leader" dude.. like the red ranger hahaha. just run in and kill everything.

Warrior DPS > rogue DPS
if the warrior and rogue are both in full best DPS gear. Only problem is that the warrior has no ability to lose aggro, but if he does take aggro, he can tank for a little bit until he dies or a tank warrior grabs it back.

i dont care about losing aggro. haha if i die in the heat of battle, even if i only get one or two swings out, then its a good death, plus ill just respawn within 30seconds to 5min anyways.

i just like... doing the berserker charging in and taking as much down with me as i can.

like the russians during world war II, i only go forward, even if it's to my death. if i turn around, i might as well die.

Even in raids a DPS warrior dual wielding fury/arms spec can out dps rogues

My warrior is built 100% for PVP and 0% for PvE. Get the ice barbed spear from AV, its just as good as arcanite reaper.

I am also making an alt Priest which will be only for PVP.... Nobody wants a pure Shadow Priest anyway, so I'll use it to melt faces in BG :D
