yeah its barely visible on my calibrated monitor . pretty dam good ,have detail throughout your face.

Nope, all one shot, 3 lights - background, "hair" light and one from low camera right (snooted and heavily softened with about 4 layers of tissue paper =)

The side light caught the tip of my nose unfortunately, and I didn't have time to take another :(

Gopher - are you still using the hot lights with your softbox? I think its more of a white balance problem than a saturation problem. Try setting a custom white balance before your shots using a piece of white paper, should make a big difference.

I redid this shot, cause there was something empty about it...

And yeah, I don't really have enough lighting at my apartment, so I've had to use my tungsten hotlights along with my 6500K softbox. It's kind of gross, I know, but I figured it worked here cause of red and blue BGs.
