:werd: I had one (until the police confiscated it) that could shoot a potato almost 2km's, it was pnuematic mind you, so much more powerful

I built one back in grade 6 haha, I used internal combustion (think of a bullet, or an engine for that matter), basically hairspray (compressed) + sparker from an old BBQ... then stuffed potato, then boom! like a cannon.

Then I got this stupid idea of using gasoline, the combustion chamber ended up blowing up. I burned off my eyebrows. haha fun times.
