Is there a REAL rib place like the ones I see on The Food Network? I'm talking about Ribs that are smoked for 12 hours?

The pulled pork is smoked for 18 hrs and the ribs for 12 or so. You can smell the place from across the street. http://www.ozarksbbq.com/

Time to bump this up.. anyone have any good ribs places to suggest as of late? I went to a few very good places, but they were in the states.
