LOL i still have faith there will be a buyout but i don't think its going to happen for at least another month if it does lol. rather get out for now and try to make a quick buck somewhere else haha. I'm waiting for a jv to happen with Jaguar mining too so both cll and jag are tying up funds lol. and thank god i didn't buy any urre last week |
Picked up a nice chunk of URRE today for .82 |
Is URRE a short or long term buy? I take it your back home Jason, gorgeous weather up here in the Mac! |

Short term on URRE, looking for roughly 1$... could take 2 days or a month, but this stock seems to fluctuate within the range of .80 - 1.20 so at this price it's as close to the bottom as it typically gets. URRE might hold some long term promise once they get back into production, but there will be lots of time to jump on that bandwagon yet. |
Ahh gotcha. Wonder if I should dump my small loses in CLL to get a little URRE then |
Mh... I guess selling URRE at .95 wasn't too bad. I am also thinking of picking some URRE tomorrow. What worries me is that they have a lot of pending shorts... and at 80M cap, it isn't exactly difficult for big players to manipulate it. |

you sell it yet? |
well i sold CUU this morning at 1.30, put an order in for CLL to buy at .97. we'll see if that happens |

Going to look into LVN, they brought out a preliminary economic assessment and it was good but the stock tanked. |

My average for CUU is like $2.20 :okay: |
^... :okay: |
dumped my URRE today.. I'm happy with 10% lol. if it drops to 0.8 or abouts i will buy in again LOL. for me the last few months i been just looking for stocks like URRE (as an example) and just moving in and out of positions when they fluctuate +/- 10%. move in 5k and wait a few days and move out after the stock goes up 8-10% then wait for it to drop again, even if i make 400$ after commisions each time for a few days work its all good ahaha. i did get stuck in a couple stocks tho where they fell below support levels and i was stuck for a while waiting to break even on them, but i guess i got lucky cause so far those ones that dropped have got back to breakeven point and not dropped less. another stock ive been following for about 2 months now was Golden Goliath Resources.. (GNG:CVE) and i should have bought in.. went up 26% in the last 2 days. anyone been following this one?? |

You better spray & pray the results are good or else GG . |
Ivanhoe Energy T.IE, Anyone familiar with this company or its history? Sold my URRE @ .90 this morning... made a few bucks mehhh |
No clue about Ivanhoe Energy except that Friedland is in it. CUU is like long overdue for drills results/FS or any kind of news to come out. I hope xpl0sive is still holding some. |
Nice 6% jump in CLL today! Nice to see. Still watching FAZ. |

IE's future really hinges on the contract to sell their interests in China which will take a year to either happen or not. On the one hand, they have net equity of almost $0.95 per share, so in terms of real risk, buying at $1.00 hardly seems like much of a risk but they also have been losing money for years now...
