nice panos colin, what a co-incidence though I just tried assembling a pano too!

looks like making sure the tripod is perfectly level is key so far.

down_hill_dog 10-07-2006 09:35 PM

no, his camera takes them like that...

nice pics colin. I ended up there once by accident on my dh bike. We were shuttling knox mountain ??? :(

Yes, a level tripod is very important!

Big Daddy: Nice picture! Maybe try playing with the levels or increase the contrast. It looks a little "washed out" and bright too me.

Big Daddy 10-08-2006 07:40 PM

it looks the same on my screen for the most part, but I had it printed out and it looks fine...

ColinK 10-09-2006 10:13 AM

^ well good stuff then!

looks overexposed and washed out on my computer too...play with the contrasts, gamma, saturation and youll get some nice vivid and darker colors because this pic everything looks like it was taken with just one pic and overexposed.do u mind if i play with it ?

jeffh 10-09-2006 09:54 PM

whats the deal with the grey square near the centre of your picture big daddy? am i jsut not understanding what it is?

acrophobia 10-10-2006 06:59 AM

i'll guess jackpine,.. that one shot of westbank looks familiar

fourtirefire 10-11-2006 09:44 PM

your right chandler.. it was jackpine!
and the shot of westbank was from up top some trail off the main road about 5k from the pavement, kinda sketchy getting in there with trees only inches away from the sides of the truck while on slippery rocks.

down_hill_dog 10-16-2006 06:26 AM

Nice cars, but it's random pictures YOU took. Remember that.
