RRxtar 03-13-2007 08:41 PM

for some reason my camera was on the wrong setting and size in full manual so they didnt expose very well. the one with him shaking his head made me laugh tho. haha

Adam where was that second picture of your sidetrack up the wall taken? I can't think of anywhere in/around Kelowna like that. Also it looks like a good place for a picture or two

Geoff, some nice pics there. What lens were you using?

SaviorSelf_666 03-15-2007 02:50 PM

Colin have my babies, and take pictures of them. kthxbye.

HyperREV 03-15-2007 03:14 PM

ha thanx colin, i was using my sigma 24-70 f2.8... shooting 70mm wide open at iso 1600.... i was also drunk as hell so im sure i could have done a better job haha.

i also think i lost some quality converting to jpeg... im new to RAW and CS2 so i need to re-learn a bunch of ish. the print turned out pretty sweet tho!

ColinK 03-15-2007 03:30 PM

you must have been pretty far back then hey? Those mustang shots were my second time shooting raw. OMG, SOO nice using it! It's great for when I take pictures of the interior of homes because I can just leave it on auto and then change the wb on the computer, whereas before I always had to take every picture twice at different bw'es to make I got one that look realistic (every rooms light is totally different)

Those puppy shots were really nice though! :) Where did you get them printed?

Lindz_Si 03-15-2007 04:00 PM

i like that dogs polo shirt .. pretty cute.. and colin domestic photography tsk tsk ;)

HyperREV 03-15-2007 04:00 PM

ya i LOVE being able to set the wb after the fact... so many times it just isnt quite what you want. i have a little canon photo printer that i use, convert the raw images to tif and print from there... turns out pretty nice. otherwise i just use futurephoto to get my %20 discount if i want to go big.

RRxtar 03-15-2007 04:08 PM

futureshop has worked well for me getting pictures printed and the prints often go on sale

racer__X__33 03-15-2007 04:09 PM

HyperREV 03-21-2007 02:24 PM

#2 and #4 are my favs colin, nice work. the rest seem a little too low so i feel like im staring at the bottom of the bumper and not the whole car.
