			13.2 @ 104----- 97 eagle talon awd
shitty 60' foot, adjusting to the 6 puck clutch. busted my center diff on the same run and made it top 10 on good friday night. once i get all the quirks worked out and have a better tune, i should be really low 12's or high 11's.

HAHAH ya...i busted my center diff last year too. Shep stage 3 trans now. Best 4000 i ever spent. Did you bust it on that run and still go 13.2 at 104...if so holy shit.....if not i dont see how you think you are goin to run low 12's with only 104mph trap speeds. Trap speeds are not affected by your launch. Unless by better tune you mean a lot more boost.....???....

$4000, OUCH, at least its an upgrade. i ditched my tsi long ago, i tried to kill it, somebody bought it first tho. i too used to drop money like a mobster on my import, 2g's here, 4g's there, 20g's later your car is indestructible.
but whats with the weak mph on you guys, shouldnt you be ripping huge mph runs? my weak na honda has a half dozen 108-108.8mph runs. 2200lbs street car with me in it.

The thing with alot of the AWD cars. Usually their fast times are made from their AWD traction and their 1.6-1.7 60's. Not as much on top end, but it's not needed by the time they just busted a 12 or 13 second pass. That's how I see it atleast.

LOL....my motor is still stock with just a s16g and dsmlink. other than my tranny i have about 8000 into the car including what i paid for it. So i think 12.8 at 106 is not bad....makes a Vette sweat bullets. Ill be goin to a GT30 this year and then ill be pushing at least 115 or 120mph traps and low 12's to high 11's.
The tranny was an upgrade that was done as a precursor to the future upgrades. Its good for 10's and 700ish whp. I shouldnt be able to break this one unless i do something stupid...could happen. LOL
What times were you running because a shorter time yields a slower mph on a car with equal hp. If i roll the launch i will run a 13.4 or so at 108-109. That is what is up with the slowish mph. If you run a 12.8 or so in a front wheel drive car you would have to run a faster mph because you wont be cutting 1.6-1.7 60 foots unless you are running Slicks.
Tommy is a good example of this....12.02 at high 120mph range...that is more like low 11's for power but wont hook up. I could probably run a low 12 at 111ish....

well, i have more boost, and alot of tuning to do, to get it in the sweet spot. i'm running pig rich around 10.8 @ 25psi. with only 16deg of timing up top. i have alot more to extract from my setup.
i should be pulling 110mph or higher all said and done and some practice driving the damn thing. i'm in the midst of saving enough for a built tranny.
yea i busted that diff during the run with a 2.0 60'

That's not too bad already IMO. I tune for 11.5 at leanest and with very conservative timing. At 20psi I was at 11*, at 30 I was at like, 5* lol. I go by the motto, if it's a turbo car, let the turbo make the power, not the motor.

yea i busted that diff during the run with a 2.0 60' | 10.8 is probably as lean as you will get it and still be able to get 16 degrees of timing. I have meth injection and at 20psi on a small 16g the most timing i can get is about 18degrees at 11 to1 AFR....and like i said that is with meth injection.
If I run av gas i can get around 23psi and 16-17 degrees of timing. Before my meth if i went any further than 10.7-10.8 it would just knock like crazy on 94. Only get like 14 degrees in the top.

yeah...16g is a bit of a hairdryer...46lbs/min is kinda low...i dont think id upgrade turbos unless i went with a 52ish lb/min GT30 or fp red or something huuuge...LOL
Go big or go home right.
HAHA
Happy tuning
