Just trying my new toys (Sony A7+Noctilux F0.95) while visiting local families/frds before CNY as we'd be heading to my old folks'

Focus peaking on A7 is simply AMAZING with the Nocti. I am seriously considering to ditch all my DSLR gears to go full mirrorless for my MF lenses.

tried snapping pics of stars the other night but its too bright around here i guess and looks like i left the shutter open too long they started to trail :/ most the other pics i took are blurred too blegh

Try using the widest aperture, and higher iso combined with the 500 rule (500 divided by the focal lenght of your lens) to help with the exposure time.
