I find it funny that sine Kristen Kreuk has returned as Lana Lang to guest star, they have ended the last two episodes with pop music segments. They stayed away from doing that for a while. Reminds me of the old Smallville where every episode would end with a dramatic Clark and Lana moment with music in the background.:D

A lot of TV shows are going on hiatus due to the transition that's happening with networks finally making the switch from standard def broadcasts to high def.

It was ok, i look forward to more. I wonder when the cape and suit will come.. I just hope that doesn't mean the series ends (even though they're on their 8th season)..

I believe the creators have already stated that the show will never reach the point where he becomes superman officially.

anyone keeping up with smallville? the most recent ep was pretty good with the old style of having awesome music to the ending of a show. season finale 2 weeks from now and season 9 is a go!

Did we watch the same last episode? All Superman did was fly doomsday down some tunnel and blew it up. We didn't even see the fight scene or anything. The whole episode was geared more towards Chloe and Jimmy, what a shitty ending for a shitty season.

finale was bad. the 3rd ep before the finale was really good.

I think we get one more season. The producers have said that they would like to see Clark in the Superman outfit, but ironically, the person who doesn't want it to happen is Tom Welling.

CW's new press release notes that Smallville is moving to Friday at 8 PM. Safe to say that Season 9 will be the end.
